Disclaimer

1. General Information

The information and calculators provided on cgpacalculation.net ("the Website") are intended for general educational and informational purposes only. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of the content and calculation tools published on this site, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information for any particular purpose.

By using this Website, you acknowledge and agree that the Website and its operators shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content, or for any actions taken or not taken in reliance upon the information provided herein.

2. Calculator Accuracy & Limitations

The calculators on this Website are designed to provide helpful estimates based on publicly available grading schemes and formulas. However, the following limitations apply:

• Grading policies change: University grading scales, credit systems, and percentage conversion formulas are updated periodically by academic institutions. We strive to keep our calculators current, but cannot guarantee that every university's most recent regulation is reflected at all times.
• University-specific variation: Even within the same country, different universities — and sometimes different departments or faculties within the same university — may use different grade point assignments, credit weightings, and percentage conversion formulas. Our calculators use the most commonly published formula for each institution, but your actual result may differ.
• Official records take precedence: Your official transcript, grade report, or degree certificate issued by your academic institution is the authoritative record of your academic performance. Always refer to your official documents for any legal, employment, scholarship, or immigration purpose.
• Pre-populated examples are illustrative: Any pre-filled course names, marks, or grade values in our calculators are provided as examples to guide users. They do not represent actual student data and should be replaced with your own information.

3. Not a Substitute for Official Advice

The content on this Website — including guides, articles, eligibility checklists, and FAQ sections — is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute academic, legal, financial, immigration, or professional advice.

• For university admission requirements, always consult the official admission notice or prospectus of the institution you are applying to.
• For government job applications (FPSC, KPSC, UPSC, PPSC, etc.), use your official transcript percentage and consult the relevant government body's instructions.
• For immigration, visa, or credential evaluation purposes, consult a certified credential evaluator (such as WES, Ecctis, or APS) and the relevant immigration authority.
• For scholarship eligibility, consult the official scholarship body (HEC, Fulbright, DAAD, Commonwealth, etc.) and their current eligibility criteria.
• For academic standing, backlogs, or re-examination policies, consult your university's Examination Department or Registrar.
